The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to work on QR Code Generator’s Growth and Engagement teams.

This role requires a designer who can collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to understand business, product and user goals, translate them into UX strategy, and execute quickly and with an iterative mindset. 

What You'll Do

  • Bring excellent design and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to identify opportunities, define success, and prioritize requirements
  • Help define project scope, work within it, and execute in a timely manner
  • Take a data-driven approach toward identifying problems and evaluating solutions
  • Be proactive, collaborative, and outcomes-oriented

Who You Are

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an in-house Product Designer in SaaS companies
  • A portfolio that shows you’ve taken complex concepts and turned them into approachable human-centered solutions that have made a significant impact on business metrics
  • Experience working across each design lifecycle stage, from research to ideation to delivery.
  • A track record of working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers
  • Understanding of key business metrics and data, as well as how they connect to design
  • Problem-solving skills that enable you to ask meaningful questions and awareness of when to turn to user research and data to unblock decision-making
  • An experimentation mindset; experience designing and synthesizing the results from A/B and user tests
  • Comfort and confidence in leading group activities and communicating decision-making that cascades across the platform.
  • Proven experience working in design systems with an eye for consistency, quality, and accessibility
  • The ability to run independently while leaning on your team for support

The annual cash compensation range for this position is below. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed.
