About this role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering seamless, empowering user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful solutions that address customer challenges and drive business success. With growing ownership, you’ll contribute to product strategy, ensuring every solution is intuitive, engaging, and valuable.

- Contribute to the product roadmap by collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers.
- Champion user empathy, ensuring the customer’s voice is reflected in the design process and final solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Ownership and collaboration: Own the design process from research to implementation, turning insights into polished solutions. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to align product vision with user experience. Seek and incorporate feedback through regular design reviews, iterating to deliver the best outcomes.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex projects independently, bringing clarity and focus to ambiguous challenges. Bring clarity to ambiguous problems by exploring ideas, evaluating options, and delivering the best solution to drive impact.
- Design Expertise: Create coherent systems, considering edge cases, user goals, and technical constraints. Deliver high-quality visual, interaction, and system designs that align with broader product goals. Balance exploration and efficiency—go wide to explore ideas, articulate trade-offs, and focus on the best path forward.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the product roadmap by connecting your designs to long-term product and organizational goals. Partner with PMs, engineers, and senior designers to support strategic initiatives and meaningful user experiences.
- Partnership: Collaborate closely with your triad partners (PM, Engineering) to co-lead initiatives and achieve shared outcomes.
What you bring (job requirements):
- Experience & Track Record: 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing impactful work. Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship meaningful solutions.
- Design Mastery: Excellence in design thinking, visual, interaction, and system design, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience solving complex design problems and delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Ability to integrate user feedback, data, and business goals into design decisions. Comfortable working collaboratively with PMs, Engineers, and other partners to influence product direction.
- Communication & Leadership: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present and advocate for your designs confidently and effectively.
- Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools to test ideas and refine interactions.
- Professional Qualities: Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a low ego and a collaborative approach. Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments.

$115,000 - $166,000 a year
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of CaptivateIQ's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
