Product Designer
Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change how retailers price. We are known for both: cutting-edge math 'under the hood' and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Product Designer to turn complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions.
You will build solutions for SaaS web app with a double diamond process model:
- Develop and maintain a design project from idea to launch,
- Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals,
- Perform user research,
- Implement design layouts (we are Figma ninjas, btw),
- Create clickable prototypes for your solutions.
Our main tools in design process:
- Figma, Miro, Principle, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Amplitude, FullStory, Maze, Intercom.
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- Experienced in designing complex web interfaces in B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems,
- Strong UX / UI skills,
- Knowledge of how to make design layout not only sexy but also comfortable for developers,
- Experience in conducting and/or participating in qualitative product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.),
- Solid experience working with Figma,
- English Upper-Intermediate or stronger.
Pleasant extras:
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset,
- Hands-on experience with Intercom, Amplitude and Jira before,
- Experience with B2B products in retail,
- Understanding of main SaaS metrics,
- Experience in creating CJM.
