About the Role

Limble is looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you will report to our Head of Product Incubation and will be responsible for the product discovery and design of new revenue opportunities within Limble. Our new revenue opportunities are identified as new products separate from the core platform, but still relevant to the existing customer base. You will work closely within a product team seeking to create and validate solutions to new customer problems. Successful candidates will be strong visual problem solvers who thrive in an innovative space (0=>1) and enjoy working within a small team that efficiently solves customer opportunities.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team, including a product manager and engineers, to conceptualize and develop innovative product designs.
  • Create and conduct continuous discovery habits, ensuring constant customer insights.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product designs.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Operate within and enhance the defined design system to improve velocity and consistent experiences.
  • Create high-fidelity designs accounting for all engineering scenarios including edge cases and click states.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide support during the development process.
  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization and advocate for the user's perspective in all design discussions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Product Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful product designs.
  • Experience in an innovation environment (0=>1) where decisions need to be made quickly with minimal data.
  • While maintaining a methodical and calculated approach, able to quickly navigate the discovery lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex scenarios into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding innovative design solutions.
  • Strong opinions loosely held, where critiques and feedback are celebrated.
  • Experience with prototyping and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
  • Stock options
  • Fully remote position
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance
  • HSA with company match
  • 401k with company match
