About the role

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer, who can help shape the future of our software products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams from start to end, dealing with all stages of digital product design. Your primary job is to provide excellent user experiences for the new features of our existing products. You'll need to be committed, curious, and capable of considering multiple design approaches to complex problems.

Your role involves striking the right balance to keep our brand’s mission and customer needs at the forefront. We're looking for someone who can handle business objectives, aesthetics, practicality, and constraints.

This role will be based out of EU to support our team in Europe.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to build user-friendly software from idea to final product.
  • Translate business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints into multiple, easily comprehensible design proposals.
  • Clearly articulate your design decisions to your team and stakeholders using clear, non-design language. Your solutions should be versatile and thoughtful.
  • Engage proactively in product discussions and lead design reviews, offering constructive feedback and solutions.
  • Participate in every phase of the design process. This includes crafting engaging visuals, employing critical thinking, and leveraging research to steer design choices.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and trends in digital product design.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience designing and launching software products, preferably SaaS.
  • You leverage research and insights to influence your design decisions.
  • You thrive in ambiguous situations and proactively seeking ways to propel the team forward.
  • You're responsible and dedicated, taking full ownership of your projects.
  • You understand the different stages of product development and can design artifacts with appropriate levels of detail, ensuring time-efficient and effective design processes.
  • You can take a design from concept to final product, handling everything in between.
  • You're highly proficient in Figma, among other relevant design tools.
  • Prior experience designing project management or reporting products is a plus.
  • You have a portfolio that showcases your prior work and design thinking process.

Note: As our hiring teams are global, please submit your resume in English only.
