Purpose

Product Designers at Kueski drive meaningful change by discovering real people's problems in their relationship with finances and technology and exploring solutions that deliver delightful products and experiences. Partner with business and tech key stakeholders such as Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Customer experts, to explore, craft, execute, launch, and measure, from insight to design end-to-end user experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • The ability to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with product managers and developers
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale
  • Take part in design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
  • Set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate
  • Evaluate the success of existing products and features, and develop designs to support business objectives
  • Anticipate our customers and business needs, advocate for our users, and ensure that the final design surprises and delights them
  • Help maintain our internal style guide, develop style guides for other products or sub-brands, and continually raise our bar for quality
  • Craft product experiences that seamlessly bridge multiple touchpoints, from desktop to mobile interfaces
  • Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Has autonomy as a facilitator of cross-functional decision-making
  • Leads and influences strategic efforts from design across products
  • Owns full-stack design solutions, from workflow definition to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
  • Designs products not as a singular feature, but with a holistic approach and system-level view of Kueski’s B2C platform
  • Presents work to, collaborate with, and influence teams of product managers, engineers, researchers, and other B2B stakeholders.

Positions Requirements

  • Understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
  • Has autonomy as a facilitator of cross-functional decision-making
  • Has the ability to rapidly ideate and iterate in a fluid startup environmentAre comfortable with ambiguity and have shown an ability to bring clarity and structure to a complex system or user experience challenge
  • Strong experience designing for Mobile first products;Portfolio demonstrating complete mastery in the development of native apps, web, and responsive mobile interfacesProficiency of Figma
  • Proficiency in keeping up with design technologies and industry trends
  • Understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
  • Great use of visual hierarchy
  • Ability to rapidly prototype your ideas
  • Comfortable learning from A/B testing
