Job Summary

You will hold an integral role in taking Nextech’s MedSpa offerings to the next level. You will lead the product function for the Med Spa market as well as collaborate across the org working closely with key stakeholders and driving the vision and roadmap go-to-market for new and existing products. You will contribute to developing product strategy for the aesthetics space and define new opportunities.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as a product SME for the target market and maintain market buyer and user personas 
  • Create and manage Voice of the Customer (VOC) listening and validation programs to understand the customer base's needs and industry – win/loss and customer advisory groups 
  • Gather insights into customer priorities and market imperatives and turn these into structured inputs toward prioritization and road-mapping decisions with Product leadership
  • Manage product launch projects and creates alignment across all functions to understand the product strategy, and develop messaging frameworks that support value drivers and customer stories
  • Manage early adopter programs, performance and reports on results 
  • Research and curate insights internally and externally to inform strategy, product sets, capabilities, offers and pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Communicate product roadmaps both internally and to clients and industry analysts
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure priority and solutions are aligned with market needs and are positioned to meet customer requirements
  • Keep abreast of market trends, maintain knowledge of the aesthetic industry and competitive landscape to help inform the product roadmap 
  • Assist the Commercialization team with go-to-market collateral related to our products to drive top-of-funnel engagement and accelerate the buyer's journey
  • Participate in creating business cases, including development, implementation, pricing and packaging, and sales and channel strategies 
  • Partner with Product Leadership and Finance on budget and planning expenses 
  • Participate in onsite observations, market research activities, tradeshow and other events to to translate this feedback into product requirements and intel
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products, customers, underlying datasets, and future product opportunities
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned based on business need

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years industry experience in Med Spa and elective healthcare market is required
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of experience as a SaaS Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Product Strategy, or comparable SaaS product role is required
  • Demonstrable experience positioning, managing and launching differentiated and new products in B2B software that exceeds business expectations (ideally in healthcare) 
  • Experience collaborating effectively with product, sales, and customer success to achieve results
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated team player with a positive attitude 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Initiative-taking to develop expertise in industry trends and the use of data and analytics to inform strategy
  • Ability to present ideas, conclusions, and recommendations with clarity
  • SaaS Product P&L Experience preferred
