The Ads Reporting team is responsible for building and evolving the user experiences and data that advertisers use and depend on to manage and understand the performance of their ads on Pinterest. As a Product Manager who is passionate for designing intuitive user experiences and interest in working with data, you will lead the cross-functional team responsible for building products that enable advertisers and merchants to build successful businesses using Pinterest, and you will drive a key strategic pillar for Pinterest’s monetization strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution for Ads Reporting and data at Pinterest
  • Define clear vision & strategy to build engaging reporting experiences, and support your team in understanding customer/stakeholder pain points and requirements, develop strong roadmaps and execute on them
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data scientists, product marketers, and researchers, as well as partner teams in our shopping, creators, and ad formats initiatives to create new views and metrics.
  • Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the support and comprehension you need to be successful

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years product management or related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Great business judgment and ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
  • Prior experience in ads a big plus, but not required
  • Experience in working with and building relationships with external companies and vendors a plus
