The Role

Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End ownership on product management.
  2. Maintain awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products, competitors, and competitor capabilities and help to organize this data into meaningful product roadmap
  3. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
  4. Drive new feature development from start to finish – write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design & QA team to launch features, analyze results, and iterate on feature/product via learning
  5. Account Management: Manage all onboarded client integrations.
  6. Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Architects to deliver the desired capabilities
  7. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Clients to drive market traction

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum work experience of 2 years
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience in creating PRD and Product Frameworks
  • Excellent people and team management skills.
  • Fluent in giving presentations to top-level management.
  • Good technical exposure with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Structured and ability to think on their feet.
