Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team post-launch. Starting in March/April 2024, this role will be instrumental in refining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development, e-commerce, and user experience, combined with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and updates based on user feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Analyze product performance using tools such as MixPanel, Firebase, and Looker Studio to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from users, customer support, and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product updates and initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product developments align with user needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 0-2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, user experience principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like MixPanel, CustomerIO, Firebase, and Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches and post-launch iterations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in remote teams and familiarity with tools like Slack and ClickUp.
