Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead with Impact: Take charge of a dynamic feature team, driving our product strategy to new heights. Identify and prioritize features with surgical precision, establishing the "why" and "when" behind their development.
- Forge Powerful Alliances: Partner with the broader Foundation team and cross-functional allies including Engineering, Design, and Marketing. Together, we'll sculpt a cohesive product vision and execute on strategy with relentless determination.
- Conception to Launch: Own projects from their inception to their triumphant launch. Navigate through the labyrinth of dependencies and blockers, ensuring a smooth journey to success. Drive product adoption hand in hand with revenue teams, setting the stage for stellar achievements.
- Quantify Success: Identify key metrics that define success and monitor them with a keen eye. Track product initiatives, goals, sprints, and results with laser-like precision, guiding us towards our North Star.
- Amplify Our Voice: Be the megaphone for our company's strategy and vision. Represent us externally, sharing the story of our groundbreaking product features and launches with the world.
- User-Centric Innovation: Validate features through immersive user research, iterating on strategy as needed to ensure we're always one step ahead of the curve.
- Crafting Excellence & Creative Thinking: Craft and review Product Requirements Documents (PRD) with meticulous attention to detail, infusing them with creative and critical thinking. Prioritize requirements for development, shaping the blueprint for our next great innovations with innovative solutions that push boundaries and spark creativity.
- Drive Adoption: Manage high-impact product launches with finesse, collaborating closely with revenue teams to drive adoption and propel us towards unparalleled success.
Requirements:
- Fuel your journey with 3+ years of B2C/E-commerce product management experience.
- Arm yourself with a B.Tech, paired ideally with an MBA in Product Management.
- Unleash analytical prowess, utilizing tools like JIRA, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other measuring tools to sculpt insights from data.
- Command the room with impeccable communication, creative problem-solving, and razor-sharp critical thinking.
- Navigate the gaming universe with ease, wielding liveops tools, user acquisition/retention strategies, and game design principles as your weapons of choice.
- Lead with empathy, leveraging customer support and community management skills to forge lasting connections.
- Master the art of project management, orchestrating symphonies of success with finesse.
