Bitcoin Depot is looking for a Product Manager to join the Product team. In this role, you will lead the organization in developing new products and revenue streams, driving product enhancements on existing products, and overseeing the operations of products in production. As the Product Manager, you will define, manage, and deliver Bitcoin Depot's product roadmap, strategy, and requirements. Responsibilities:
- Drive new products and revenue streams in concert with customer needs and Bitcoin Depot's evolving business model.
- Drive objectives and key results; clearly define requirements, goals, and success criteria for development and other internal organizations
- Manage business development processes with 3rd party partnerships and integrations
- Develop technology strategies and road maps to meet business objectives by collaborating with Development, Marketing, Compliance, and other internal organizations.
- Own product design and operational discussions with internal teams to ensure business and technical requirements are understood and properly documented and implemented, including understanding customer use cases and scenarios.
- Keep executive management informed of progress and any obstacles of product development and risks to Bitcoin Depot and to its customers.
- Apply creative thinking/approaches to determine the best solutions that further support product or operational efficiency.
- Establish clear, aligned goals and direction; provide candid feedback and coaching to maximize team competency, support career management and development of direct reports.
- Ability to travel within United States
Qualifications
- College degree with a minimum of eight years in product management/development, systems engineering, or product operations
- Four years experience in Agile Management practices, governance, and planning.
- Demonstrated success developing and launching products in the payments, cryptocurrency, or related fields
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in Jira
- Product management/development experience managing mobile applications
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Process orientation; demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes in and out of product management;
- Project management skills; will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results
- Ability to influence Senior Leadership on direction of product direction and efficiencies through data, roadmaps, short/long term plans, etc.
- Knowledge of digital wallets, crypto exchanges, payment transaction flows and compliance processes preferred.
