Driftrock is the UK’s leading automotive marketing platform, helping automotive brands deliver the next generation of digital experiences and accelerate the transition to clean transport. 

We are on the hunt for an experienced Product Manager passionate about building products that both deliver results for our customers and make marketing something people actually want to see.

You will be working closely with the CEO and responsible for the product roadmap, delivery and optimisation of the Driftrock platform, which is used by 22 automotive brands like BMW, MG and Hyundai.

The role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle. The role included customer development, ideation, the roadmap, UX, data analysis and working with engineers. 

You'll be the glue across all the engineering, customer success, sales and marketing teams, reporting directly to the CEO to help shape the product and our strategy.

Responsibilities

  • You will work with the CEO on the product vision, strategy and innovation to deliver products that our customers and end consumers love.
  • Research and customer development to ensure that we deliver solutions that solve real problems for our customers.  
  • Manage the product life cycle, roadmap and prioritisation with our engineering team.
  • Live and breathe quantitative and qualitative data to optimise our products and ensure customers successfully achieve their goals.
  • Work with marketing and client teams to help communicate our product vision and solutions to drive adoption internally and externally.
  • Work with design teams to deliver a product that is as easy and enjoyable to use as it is powerful. 
  • Champion continuous improvement in our product and engineering team.

Requirements

  • 3 years+ Product Management experience, with proven success in delivering products from idea to success and scale.
  • A strong technical knowledge and understanding of how web applications work and are deployed.
  • Experience working in a SaaS business is desirable. 
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver a product on time.
  • Experience working directly with Engineers to deliver web or mobile applications.
  • Naturally creative with an eye for brilliant design and usability.
  • Experience and passion for the various product management and engineering methodologies - We believe in choosing and adapting methodologies to suit the company size and goals. 
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, passionate and able to learn new things quickly.
