Product Manager
The Role

Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategy and ensure execution across multiple product teams.
- Support product owners in expanding their knowledge within a product-centric organization.
- Engage with the business to identify needs and opportunities for building features that increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Own, prioritize, communicate, and evangelize product roadmaps regionally and globally.
- Ensure high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement throughout product development phases.
*Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience
- Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in Agile principles and methodologies.
- Outcome-oriented with a focus on delivering results that positively impact key business metrics*.
