The Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving product development from idea to execution. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define priorities, lead project teams, and make critical product decisions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership early, shape product roadmaps, and directly contribute to delivering AI-driven solutions for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure product-market fit.
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs, working closely with engineers to balance scope, speed, and impact.
- Drive execution, managing sprints, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Develop expertise in AI-driven product development, gaining increasing autonomy in managing projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in a product, operations, or project management role—ideally in a startup or tech environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative in a fast-moving company.
- Excellent communication skills—you can work effectively with engineers, executives, and clients alike.
- A strong technical foundation—you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be able to understand technical concepts and tradeoffs.
- Passion for learning, growing, and taking on new challenges.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Highly preferred: Experience using Asana for project management.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Miro, FullStory, Google Analytics, Figma, and Airtable.
- Nice to have: Experience automating workflows with tools like Zapier, ChatGPT/other agents, or emerging agentic AI applications.
Location, Compensation & Benefits
- Location: Remote, with quarterly team on-sites in Los Angeles (travel covered by the company).
- Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
- Equity: Opportunity for company equity.
