Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel company. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools. We have 500+ students who will do $30+ million in sales over the next 12 months.
You’ll be focused on the next $100 million. What are our team's tech needs? What do our customers want? How can we tackle those via tech? How do we build products to increase returns or lower OPEX and COGs? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?
You’ll work on those questions and many more with the other members of our cross-functional Growth team. As our Product Manager, you'll have plenty of room for experimentation, making mistakes, learning from them, building a vision, and impacting business.

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns
- with the company's goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and
- competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features
- and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and
- sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development,
- ensuring our solutions are intuitive and meet user needs.
- Product Development: Lead product development efforts, including defining product
- requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints.
- Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with
- marketing and sales teams to successfully launch new products and features.
- Product Performance: Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback,
- and iterate on products to drive improvement.
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
- success of products and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the eComm industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
