Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with commercial product experience, who wants to join us in helping to boost individual employee potential through continuous learning on the job. A Product Manager at HCM Deck works in an agile product team on defining opportunities, selecting the optimal solutions, and making sure we deliver value to our users.

Check out what scope you will be taking care of at HCM Deck:

  • Contribute to creating a product strategy and measures of success
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Designer and Product Analyst to discover customers needs and define opportunities for product development
  • Ideate, plan, develop, and validate effective solutions that address opportunities and enable sustainable product development process
  • Own selected modules of the Product end-to-end, including development, maintenance, and go to market strategy
  • Align objectives, remove blockers, and build processes to increase speed and impact of value delivery to our customers
  • Cooperate with other departments on company-wide initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing B2B technology-powered products
  • Hands on experience and excellent understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
  • Proven ability to facilitate and foster cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative user data
  • Fluent Polish and B2 level of English
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SQL is an advantage
  • Excellent written communication skills for varying audiences: customers, product team, engineering, and internal stakeholders
  • Resilience that helps to eagerly embrace FAILs as First Attempts In Learning
  • Hunger for learning, continually developing your skills, and contributing to how we could work better
