This PM role will be a lone wolf role to start with. It needs someone who can thrive in ambiguity and complexity, while helping scale the platform to solve global customer challenges.

The product manager will be a vital part of the core team at Knowmax. The product team is responsible for creating a customer-first product and is tasked with critical decisions, including and not limited to product management, product marketing, user experience, and product analytics (along with P&L responsibilities sometimes)

What will you do?

  1. Data and User Feedback Analysis: ○ You will be responsible for creating analysis strategy and culling out insights for data as well as user feedback. ○ Identify and Prioritise areas of non-linear impact and drive product improvements and optimisations.
  2. Championing Customer First Mindset: ○ Understand the customer, their needs, and identify opportunity areas that can have a needle moving impact on customer experience. ○ Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape ○ Have a customer centric mindset and be focused on customer needs and wants. Be an advocate for the customer.
  3. Product Implementation:
  4. Work with the engineering team to aid in the entire product development lifecycle.
  5. Define product features, specifications, and user stories.
  6. Report bugs and issues in the product backlog and work with dev team to get them resolved promptly.
  7. Assist in new feature rollouts by testing product modules and features to ensure quality and functionality of the platform.
  8. Support and Assist the product team:
  9. Develop, aid and maintain product documentation, including and not limited to user guides and release notes.
  10. Help create and manage training materials for internal teams and end-users.
  11. Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to promote the product.
  12. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  13. Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to drive product roadmap and ensure a unified product vision.
  14. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multiple departments and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and drive product initiatives.
  15. Create journey maps of user interaction and identify pain points and areas of building brand loyalty.
  16. Work closely with the Product Marketing team to drive awareness and utilization of the platform across existing clients & prospects.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. 1-3 years of product management experience
  2. Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights [Strong analytical and problem-solving skills]
  3. Self-starter, hustler - we work at a very rapid pace
  4. Proven experience in product management or related roles
  5. Ability to connect with internal stakeholders to drive product outcomes [ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.]
  6. B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
