Product Manager

We’re looking to expand our team with a Product Manager, reporting into the Chief Product Officer. Working across the full range of product responsibilities, from strategy and prioritization through execution and optimization, you will help knownwell achieve its growth and operational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with healthcare experience, fluency in both B2C and B2B product management skill sets, willingness to serve as a player-coach (with emphasis in the near term on “player”), comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to prioritize team success over individual success.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic conversations regarding high-level feature roadmap
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and other internal teams to refine and deliver impactful, iterative technology solutions
- Own and prioritize the engineering roadmap and backlog for a scrum team, including writing detailed feature requirements and user stories
- Define, instrument, measure, and communicate funnels and key metrics for feature success
- Partner with internal stakeholder teams including but not limited to Growth, Operations, and Clinical to understand pain points, craft solutions, and communicate progress
- Gather and incorporate end user feedback into requirements and the prioritized backlog as appropriate
- Partner with the CPO to build a strong Product culture of continuous development and rapid testing and learning, balancing quality and compliance
- Stay on top of all relevant healthcare and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a product management role shipping software through multiple releases, managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch
- At least 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company, preferably on the technology side of a tech-enabled services company
- Experience developing consumer-facing applications for web, iOS, and Android, including activities such as funnel analyses and A/B testing
- Familiarity with the athenahealth EHR’s APIs a plus
- Background with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or other software development methodologies
- Detail oriented, manages risk and deliverable timelines
- Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
- Proven success working collaboratively with teams across engineering, analytics/data science, product, design, marketing, and sales
- Familiarity with Aha! Roadmaps and Develop or similar trackers (e.g. Jira)

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
