ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), we are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our Product Technology & Data team. In this role, you will help build outstanding products that prioritize our mission and guide them from initial concept through full-scale deployment. The role will be crucial in shaping the company's product strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As a member of the Product Technology & Data team at Lenox Park Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products to the market. You will play a crucial role in defining product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, all while aligning with our business goals and customer needs.
- 5-8 years of product management experience, preferably with successfully launching and scaling data-driven or AI/ML products.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making, including proficiency in SQL and experience with data processing & analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to translate user needs into product requirements and features, demonstrated through the delivery of MRDs and PRDs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Hotjar), coupled with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

• Salary for this role is experience based: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
• Paid time off
• To keep our domestic and international team members engaged with each other, we expect all staff members to be able to accommodate travel for team gatherings at least 15% of the time. Some roles will require more in person time working with stakeholders.
