Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.
Position Overview:
As the Product Manager at MavenAGI, you'll be at the center of innovation, spearheading the definition and delivery of a reimagined support experience for Enterprises. Reporting directly to the Founder and CPO, your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer support.
What You'll Do:
- Reimagine Customer Support: Develop and lead a multi-dimensional strategy that overhauls the traditional support system and reimagines customer experience for enterprises.
- Technical Pioneer: Be the driving force behind the integration of Generative AI and machine learning technologies into our product, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and market differentiation.
- Business Alchemist: Convert product innovation into business success. Translate technology advances into measurable impacts that align with customers goals.
- Strategic Insight: Develop an in-depth understanding of our customer base, and articulate that into a compelling product strategy and roadmap.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with the executive team to define product milestones and align them with the overarching company objective
- Industry Leadership: Act as the public face of MavenAGI at key industry events, elevating brand awareness and cultivating vital relationships.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 7 years in a product role, handling products of significant strategic scope and complexity.
- Specialized Expertise: Proficiency in multi-tenant SaaS, support tools, or CRM services, with a particular focus on enterprise-level user segments.
- Scalability: Proven track record of building products, complex systems, or APIs at scale.
- Technical Passion: Demonstrated enthusiasm and competency in Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning.
- Visionary Leadership: Previous experience in conceptualizing and implementing a multi-year product vision and roadmap.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for defining customer problems clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability: Capability to navigate through ambiguity, foster cross-functional collaboration, and excel in a high-paced environment.
- Business Savvy: Strong business acumen, strategically aligned with a hands-on approach.
- Drive: High energy, strong work ethic, and disciplined execution skills.
