Product Manager
About the job
Maxwell is hiring a product manager to help us build out our comprehensive technology stack that runs all club operations, manages private events and staffing and builds membership tools. We are vertically integrating the entire hospitality tech stack into one comprehensive app, using AI to discover and surface inefficiencies and then "Amazon AWSing it" and launching an external product for other hospitality businesses. Sound exciting?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the development of mobile and desktop products.
- Liaise with Maxwell Tribeca leadership to understand features that should be built and tested.
- Work with UI/UX designers to iterate on products and conduct user testing with club members.
- Conduct user testing of potential external hospitality clients
- Build Maxwell usecases with forward compatibility in mind for external clients
- Manage several developers and liaise with CTO
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive UI/UX experience
- Proficiency in Figma & other prototyping tools
- Mobile and Desktop design chops
What's Maxwell? We're rebuilding our country's fraternal orgs. Organizations like Rotarians, Kiwanis, Italian American Clubs and more used to be tentpoles of our local communities, but now do not appeal to anyone under 60. Maxwell is building a vertically integrated community hospitality company to build and operate 1,000 social clubs in the next 20 years.
