Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team remotely!
Position Overview:
As the Product Manager, reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will be instrumental in the strategic direction and growth of our products in alignment with overall company objectives. You’ll be responsible for combining deep customer insights with an ability to build consensus across teams, to drive prioritization of product improvements from idea to conception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Chief Product Officer on execution of product vision and strategy, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and the broader organizational mission and goals.
- Manage the execution of the product roadmap, in collaboration with the CPO, UX, and Engineering leadership, including the definition of key milestones, acceptance criteria, and timelines. This includes creating detailed requirements documents and driving sprint planning.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Sales, Product Marketing) and generate buy-in on consensus that aligns product priorities with MD Clarity’s overall strategy.
- Engage with customers, alongside Customer Success, to gather insights, understand pain points, and prioritize feature enhancements; analyze user feedback, and usage data to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution and launch of new products and features.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, and track progress over time.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven track record of building and launching successful products, from concept to commercialization.
- Highly analytical thinker who is willing to get deep into SQL/data where necessary to extract insights on how our products are working and how customers are using them.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to bring together varied perspectives across teams and create consensus in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

The base salary range for this role is currently $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually. This base salary amount offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
