We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the product team as we expand our product roadmap and scale Mosaic into a global brand. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure our engineering team is aligned with priorities that matter most to our customers and prospects. You will guide the team from ideation to execution while translating between technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed product specifications for new features and modifications to existing features, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
- Create and manage development task tickets, facilitating clear communication of requirements to the engineering team.
- Review and update product documentation to maintain accuracy, relevance, and consistency with product updates.
- Monitor and review product changes, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategy.
- Investigate current application behavior, identifying areas for improvement or optimization to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to support the development and enhancement of product features.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback on product usability and functionality based on user behavior, feedback, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager on a SaaS product (bonus points for productivity tools)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-standard software development processes and practices
- Experience in software development
- Knowledge of Jira
- Experience in a product management role.
