Product Manager
As a Product Manager your primary responsibility will be to define and drive the development of our online marketplace. You will be responsible for envisioning, planning, and executing product initiatives that improve the user experience and enhance the overall value proposition of our platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and operations to ensure that our product roadmap aligns with business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision to drive business revenue.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap for the revenue team that outlines strategic priorities, feature development, and release schedules.
- User-Centric Approach: Understand user needs, gather feedback, and conduct market research to drive the development of user-focused features and enhancements.
- Backlog Management: Define and prioritise product features and user stories in the product backlog, considering business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Release Planning: Coordinate release planning, ensuring that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet quality and performance standards.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance metrics, and iterate on product features.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Experience in product prioritisation, roadmap and delivery of user functionality within a fast growth environment.
- Be commercially focused and able to prioritise based on value and demonstrate the impact of problem-solving on business KPIs
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Benefits
The salary range on offer for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
