We're Proof, a high-growth startup in the legal tech industry. We’ve built a best-in-class legal services platform that thousands of law firms use. Our marketplace platform helps law firms and pro se parties access more efficient, transparent, and accessible legal services that are not traditionally available to everyone. We have a clear path to double our business again this year and are building a team to take on the challenges of that rapid scaling.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our world-class product team and have full ownership over a critical area of our platform. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of a product that enables legal professionals across the country to better serve their clients. We are looking for someone passionate about owning the end-to-end user experience and driving value for a large customer base.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery, design, development, and launch
  • Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and problems
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize roadmap based on business goals, customer value, and effort
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and drive execution
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and other teams
  • Communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders

What we’ll expect you to know on day one:

  • 3+ years experience in a product management role
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment
  • Passion for understanding customers and delivering value for users
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt plans based on new learnings

Great to have, but not required:

  • Domain experience in legal tech, service of process or eFiling
  • Technical knowledge of modern software development practices
  • Entrepreneurial experience at a high-growth startup
  • Background in design, engineering, marketing, or operations

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $140,000 based on experience and location
  • Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
