Position Overview

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional products that enhance customer experiences. Embedded within the engineering team, this role collaborates closely with company leadership, sales, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of product features, themes, and epics in collaboration with engineering and design teams, owning the product roadmap.
  • Define and document product requirements, scope, dependencies, and time estimates.
  • Manage the product testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Engage with customers and partners to identify new product opportunities.
  • Prototype initial designs to validate concepts.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions.
  • Create clear and concise documentation to empower customers for self-help.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in software engineering or a related field (experience with hardware products is a plus).
  • Proven track record in delivering high-value customer-centric solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in response to changing priorities.
