We are founded by alumni of IIT, IIM, and Stanford University. Our mission is to get 1 million smokers smoke-free in the next one year. Who could you be? (Experience and Background):
We are looking for a star Product manager, who is excited to take ownership of our product and help take it to the next level. Someone who has the ability to pay attention to details while keeping sight of the larger vision. Should be eager to work on a platform that has such a huge impact on the health and well-being of people around the world.
What you will be doing here:
-Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured requirements for developers.
-Technical coordination with the development team and helping them with R&D.
-Work with the UI/UX designer to develop the user experience and final designs.
-Release management, including testing each build personally to sign off the release.
-Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including app usage, website traffic, and customer feedback. Prepare detailed reports showcasing findings and trends.
-User Experience Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior and preferences. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance user experience.
-Using analytics tools to drive actionable insights.
-Research on other apps, tools, SAAS platforms, to integrate or use with our app.
Competencies required for this role:
-Self-motivated and passionate about startups. Expect 60 hours work week.
- Has worked in a remote setting (It’s work from home!) -At least 2 years of Product Management experience on mobile apps -Understanding of major tools and integrations for mobile apps -Good analytics skills -Coding experience/technical knowledge is a plus -Good QA (testing) skills and attention to detail -Rock solid at communication with different teams -Good research skills to solve technical problems -Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
