Product Manager
Job description
While this is a remote position, the role is restricted to those physically located in Portugal or Malta.
Raketech is looking for a dynamic Product Manager who will coordinate and deliver key initiatives for our Slots portfolio of products. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, organizing, and prioritizing the work of a small team of specialists through the product development life cycle: from ideation through launch to maintenance and optimization. Working within an agile development environment, the role requires close collaboration with the wider product team, and with other central functions: sales, operations, and engineering. The successful candidate will need to be driven by results and have excellent task-management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and build a truly compelling customer experience for iGaming enthusiasts.
As "Product Manager" you will …
- Maintain an overarching plan for delivery;
- Lead product development through the sprint planning process;
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, and that the product is fully compliant with the local market regulations;
- Monitor KPIs, provide timely updates on deviations, and propose corrective actions.
Job requirements
The candidate must have the ability to manage their time and effectively prioritize multiple projects. They must also have strong planning, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. A proactive mindset and the ability to develop new initiatives is crucial for this role.
You will:
- Have experience working an agile environment using JIRA;
- Have an excellent knowledge of English and strong written and verbal presentation skills;
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment;
- Have previous experience in iGaming and an interest in slots;
- Be familiar with Figma or any other Collaborative Interface Design Tool;
- Have the ability to work autonomously;
- Be able to validate specifications with stakeholders to ensure they meet articulated business requirements to deliver the expected results.
