Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end launch of new products and new versions/features
  • Manage the actionable short-term and long-term technical roadmap
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with the Engineering Lead to ensure product tasks are on target
  • Work closely with product designer to ensure development team has design-qualified and tech-ready specifications
  • Utilize Internal (customer support requests, sales team insights, etc.) and external (market, customer insights, competitors, etc.) to inform product feature prioritization
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team for successful GTM execution
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Provide detailed product requirement documents and collaborate with marketing, customer experience, research, analytics, design, and engineering team to drive delivery of features, processes, and revenue (P&L ownership)
  • Please note that working hours will be overlap between IST and EST timezone

*Requirements *

  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • 3-4 years of product management experience preferred
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and product management skills
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • We are looking for a generalist who can take responsibility for individual product lines and execute efficiently
  • Experience working in an Agile Product Development Environment
  • A Nice to have - Certified Scrum Product Owner
