With many users globally with renowned firms like WeWork, Layton Construction, and Accenture, Snaptrude is backed by Accel Partners and Foundamental among other notable investors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize and develop a clear product vision aligned with company goals
  2. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competition to devise product roadmap decisions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, etc.) to deliver high-quality features/enhancements
  4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and successful product releases
  5. Understanding user needs and translating them into product requirements
  6. Work closely with the design team to create a seamless and intuitive user experience
  7. Utilize data analytics and user metrics to make informed decisions and measure the success of product features
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and marketing, to ensure aligned vision
  9. Research and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competition
  10. Lead and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of total work experience (at least 3 years in Product Management)
  3. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Experience with web-based applications or similar software products
  7. Familiarity with architectural design tools is a plus

Note: We have an Architectural Product team, Designers and Developers, and we hope for Product Managers to bring alignment within these different teams to accurately scope products

  • We are a remote-first company; our team works from across India (and some from the US as well)
