The Interview Process

We have a fairly extensive interview process for this role, so please be aware of the following:

  • We’ll start off with a questionnaire of around 6 questions. These questions are aimed at establishing a few things – depth of your work experience, the context of how you gained that experience and your process of thinking and articulating. We expect you to provide us a timeline in which you’ll be able finish this questionnaire
  • Your answers to those questions help us gauge how strong of a fit we are for each other. If the fit feels strong, you’ll have a round of Q&A with a Product Manager, followed by a similar Q&A with our founder
  • The next step would be a take-home assignment that tries to mimic a real-world problem you’d be solving in this role, and should take you a few hours to complete. We find that most candidates complete the assignment over the course of a few days depending on schedule and availability.
  • And finally, you’ll have a few more 1:1 conversations with the team you are going to be working closely with. Each of those folks will be keen on getting to know and on helping you get to know them, as well as figuring out how amazing of a fit we are for each other.
  • Based on the submission and your 1:1 interviews w/ the team, we conclude on the offer roll-out

Conclusion:

The Product Manager role isn't just a job; it's your invitation to be part of an epic journey at Swym (https://swym.it). You'll be the catalyst behind our journey to greatness, and your impact will be legendary. If you're ready to seize the opportunity of a lifetime and help shape the future of e-commerce, this is your moment!
