Product Manager

At Tempo Group, we continue to enhance and expand our Portfolio, Program, and Product solutions suite by developing differentiated features and new product offerings. We are searching for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and launch of thoughtful product enhancements. In this role, you will manage an existing product line from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization to ensure continued growth and retention. This is a highly collaborative role working with every group in the organization to achieve the product line outcomes and customer improvements we are driving towards.

We seek a planful and results-oriented Product Manager with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking and a strong customer focus. How you’ll impact Tempo:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy, including the product roadmap and go-to-market plan.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of market trends and customer needs.
  • Partner with the Design and Engineering teams as part of the Product Development triad
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and customer success, to lead product development and launch.
  • Define, articulate, and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market feedback.
  • Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and release planning.
  • Monitor product performance and drive improvements based on customer feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

Is this you?

  • Have an understanding of one or all of our core categories:
  • Portfolio and Program Management
  • Product Management and Feedback/Idea Management
  • Governance, Compliance, and Cost Management
  • 3-5 years of product management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Roadmunk, Amplitude).
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design and user research.
  • Passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field or equivalent real-world experience.
