Product Manager
The Role
Position Overview:
As a Product Manager at ThirdHome, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, business analytics, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet our members' needs. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with ThirdHome's strategic goals.
- Lead the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create user-centric designs and improve overall user experience.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of product features.
- Utilize data-driven insights from the Business Analytics team to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Coordinate with the Tech/Product Integration teams focusing on Growth, Engagement, and Conversion to align product development efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to the CPO and other stakeholders.
- Manage product documentation and ensure clear communication across all teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience working with UX designers.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
