The Role
We're seeking a hands-on Product Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping our product's growth trajectory and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to own significant product initiatives while working directly with the founding team (CTO, CPO, and CEO).
What You'll Do
- Drive product strategy and execution for growth initiatives and core product features
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and sales/marketing teams to build and launch impactful features
- Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption
- Develop and track key metrics to measure product success and user engagement
- Help establish product operations processes as we scale
- Contribute to building a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
Who You Are
- 1 to 4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles
- A builder at heart who thrives in ambiguous environments and loves creating from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in agile methodologies and product development processes
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
- Passion for solving complex problems and creating exceptional user experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing technology or data analytics platforms
- Background in growth product management
- Startup experience
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and API integrations
