Product Manager

A US-based company offering innovative financial products is looking for a Product Manager. As an ideal candidate, you will have web application experience and be familiar with defining business and web app-specific requirements to establish tasks for the team. The company is NASDAQ-listed and has raised more than $40mn in over five funding rounds. The selected candidate must be interested in learning and participating in the full lifecycle of the product production from conception through release and be comfortable with mentorships from experienced industry leaders. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain product specifications developed by cross-functional teams
  • Assist product development team in reviewing prototypes to refine product ideas and ensure product specifications meet current standards
  • Test product prototypes for identifying functional and usability flaws and contribute to brainstorming sessions to devise solutions
  • Understand product prototype to ensure it meets business requirements
  • Work closely with product and business-planning processes and cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Build, implement, and maintain project timelines across multiple departments
  • Take ownership of translating business requirements and use-cases as per requirements for API endpoints in a cloud environment
  • Build product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements
  • Work alongside engineering and production teams for development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a
  • Must possess a deep understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards
  • Familiarity with planning and delivering software platforms for use with multiple products and organizational units
  • Thorough experience in working with web applications and programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Well-versed with web services like REST, GraphQL, etc.
  • Deep understanding of security, authentication, and authorization principles and their uses in permission-based SaaS applications
  • Familiarity in building products for FinTech solutions
  • Excellent command of English
