Opportunity 

We're on the hunt for a visionary Product Manager to spearhead the development of next-generation mobile and AI experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to make a meaningful impact on health. Whether you're a veteran in healthcare or eager to apply your skills to the health tech space, we want you.

Responsibilities 

  • Craft and Execute Vision: Define the roadmap for our member-centric mobile apps, setting priorities and steering the product toward success.
  • Drive with Data and Empathy: Utilize user insights and data analytics to enhance the app experience, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse user base.
  • Foster Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and clinical experts, to bring your product vision to life.
  • Innovate and Iterate: From ideation to launch, you'll experiment and refine, scaling our mobile app to delight millions.
  • Write Exceptional Specs: Communicate your vision clearly by crafting detailed and understandable specifications for the engineering team, facilitating efficient and effective product development.
  • Be a User Advocate: Work closely with business operations, health coaches, and nutritionists, translating member feedback into impactful product features.
  • Champion Personalization: Deliver exceptional, tailored experiences that win hearts and minds.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in tech, with a track record of launching successful mobile apps.
  • You're a self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
  • Your decisions are data-informed, and you're skilled in product analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; you're able to influence and work effectively across functions.
  • Experience in experimentation, prototyping, and hypothesis testing is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 annually.
