We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product- to join our team and drive the evolution of our platform. Key Responsibilities
• Collaborating with the CEO, CTO, Director of Software Engineering, other product managers, UI/UX designers, etc. to execute the product vision, including taking concepts and productizing them through the entire design and development life-cycle
• Collaborating with Content and Research and Sales to implement customer and analyst feedback
• Prioritize, develop, and communicate the product roadmap to the organization.
• Considering feedback from key stakeholders including customers, sales, marketing, AI/ML, design, and software development for the creation of the roadmap.
• Become a subject matter expert in how business users perform their jobs. Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evangelize the current offering both internally and externally.
• Understand market dynamics and drive changes to the product to create improvement and differentiation.
• Comfortably engage in professional conversations with our target buyers and users.
• Interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties with excellent people skills.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Facilitate effective meetings and consensus building without compromising speed or execution.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
Requirements
• Engineering , Computer Science, Data Science or other technology/technical degree
• Minimum 10 years combined of product management, engineering, UI/UX experience.
• Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
• Comfortable using product, collaboration, and development tools such as Figma (required) Slack, JIRA, Github, Canva, etc.
• Experience with best practice agile scrum software development principles.
