Product Manager
The Role
We are currently working on:
- Whitelabeled Apps and SDKs: Designing and implementing customizable financial applications and SDKs for our clients.
- Offline Payments: Developing robust features for offline payments using Bluetooth technology.
How do we work:
- We are a team of 8 engineers.
- DevOps is culture for us. We own things end-to-end (product design, system design, coding, testing, production release).
- We deploy our code to production frequently via CI/CD, measure lead time and release frequency.
- Having lunch & learn sessions where we share knowledge.
- Every engineer shapes the product.
- Track work in Jira, document it in Confluence.
We’re looking for a Product Manager, who has:
- An ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals to drive clarity on what to build.
- Experience doing user research and working with customers to test product hypotheses. (Or strong willingness to learn it)
- Motivation to get to know the market (currently Africa) and the customers – this requires semi-regular travelling to Africa.
- Experience with OKRs.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate your thought process.
- Fluency in data analysis tools (of your choice).
- Very good knowledge of English.
