Job Description

Waltz Health is looking for an innovative, knowledgeable and strategic product manager with extensive experience in the specialty pharmacy industry and consumer experience. Teamwork, collaboration and a desire to learn will be critical to success in this role. As the Specialty Pharmacy Product Leader, you will own the design and definition of a unique specialty pharmacy product that will improve millions of peoples’ lives. You will collaborate across our leadership team on strategy, planning, development and implementation of Waltz Health’s specialty pharmacy services.

You will work closely with our co-founders and chiefs. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the fastest growing area of pharmacy and who would like to be part of an exciting start up journey.

This role reports to our VP, Pharmacy Products. You will primarily focused on the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research with payers, consumers, pharma, and pharmacies to support the Waltz Health specialty pharmacy strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish the Waltz Health specialty pharmacy strategy.
  • Design products and solutions to execute that strategy, taking advantage of our existing product portfolio and expanding it.
  • Partner with the Waltz Health technology team to build the product and features.
  • Partner with business and operational teams to drive the adoption and the success of the product.

We'd love for you to have these qualifications:

  • Bachelors
  • Masters (bonus)
  • 5+ years PBM/Pharmacy/Specialty or Mail Order pharmacy experience
  • 3-4 years Product management experience
  • 1-2 years Implementation/Integration experience
