What We Need

We're in search of a visionary Product Manager to bolster our team of innovative thinkers and problem solvers. This role is at the heart of our mission to transform the way brands engage with audiences, turning advertising into a valued aspect of free content and elevating marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will partner closely with top-tier brands, industry leaders, and a dynamic engineering team to develop and refine the next wave of advertising experiences and tools, ensuring they deliver superior marketing outcomes.

What You Can Expect In This Role

  • Be a pivotal figure in the development and execution of our Creative Tech and Advertising Optimization products.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to pilot and introduce market-ready products while establishing scalable and well-documented systems.
  • Conduct thorough product analysis to spotlight areas for enhancement and clearly define and document requirements for our engineering and data science teams.
  • Forge best practices for the deployment of Yieldmo products and spearhead initiatives to bundle our services, enhancing both creative tech products and campaign optimization services.
  • Lead the charge in Yieldmo's beta programs and be the voice of product and engineering in significant customer engagements.
  • Craft strategies aimed at elevating advertiser performance metrics.
  • Objectively refine early-stage advertising concepts using both qualitative and quantitative data.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management within the AdTech or MarTech domain.
  • Proven success in steering teams towards the launch of consumer-oriented products.
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, coupled with the ability to offer and embrace constructive feedback.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with VIP clients in conjunction with Account Representatives.
  • A proactive, positive approach to challenges and new experiences, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • A track record of independent contributions as well as promoting team collaboration.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $130,000-$155,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
