About the Role

In this role, you’ll guide our product evolution. This starts with roadmapping, planning features and improvements over time that align with user needs and the company’s product vision. Additionally, you will stay close to customers in order to understand their use cases and the jobs to be done. Working closely with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, you will define product requirements and specifications. This will ensure that everyone understands what needs to be built and why. Lastly, you will oversee delivery, coordinating the development process while ensuring that the product is built according to the defined requirements, within the scope, and on schedule. As a rapidly growing company with engaged users, most commonly these three stages are happening simultaneously. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in context shifting between top-down product strategy and bottoms-up tactical research and delivery. Joining our team means stepping into a role where autonomy is encouraged, growth is inevitable, and you'll be surrounded by an encouraging group of professionals who value collaboration and inclusivity.
