Product Manager, Billing Experience

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the billing tools that empower new and seasoned therapists to take control of their financial future while providing the best possible care to their clients. The ideal candidate for this role is collaborative and enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable solutions that result in trusted and streamlined user experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of providers’ billing needs and articulate a clear vision for the role Alma plays in this experience
  • Lead product discovery to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions for the billing experience
  • Prioritize features through data-driven and user-centric considerations that support our strategic goals
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap, building features that are intuitive and user-friendly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Customer Service, to create a cohesive and effective billing experience
  • Define, track, and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics

Who you are:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap 
  • You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.
  • You epitomize an experimentation mindset, always centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation. 
  • You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management.
  • You have a history of balancing quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes.
  • You value a culture of inclusion and empathy.
  • You are passionate about Alma's mission – to improve the therapy experience for providers and their clients and simplify access to care.

Salary Band: $125,000 - $145,000 

Alma’s compensation philosophy is driven by our company value of building equity.
