You are a partner with Tech and Design that execute on strategies, has a broad set of stakeholders, and partnerships that deliver best in class products. A role as a Product Manager Senior is for you.
As a Product Manager Senior you will ensure that key Business Banking Deposit Product priorities are delivered. You will partner with Product Owners and Product Managers and work across multiple teams including technology, deposit platforms, marketing, branch, legal & compliance. As a Product Manager Senior you will drive change as we continue to design and deliver best in class solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-2-end support of multiple Business Banking portfolios, spanning multi-billion dollar balances across multiple Business Banking product lines
- Become an expert in client and banker experience, systems and business product solutions
- Partner with key stakeholders within Business Banking and across the enterprise to design and manage product program initiatives
- Translate business opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into a product development roadmap
- Enable new product development initiatives supporting product launches, feature and pricing enhancements, and simplification initiatives
- Prepare executive level presentations, communications, and reporting to provide updates on product / project status
- Provide business and financial analysis to review and monitor the portfolio, assess new business initiatives, and trouble-shoot business issues within the portfolio
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years of experience in any combination of product management, product development, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or management consulting roles within financial services
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with business partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint/PitchPro and exceptional communication and presentation skills across multiple audiences ranging from peers to senior executives
- Strong financial and business acumen with an orientation to the end-game tied to granular ownership of the details to enable execution
- An intellectual curiosity surrounding new technologies and the competitive environment
- Scrappy, versatile personality type with a drive for success and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done and ability to navigate a large organization with the savviness to understand when to pick up the phone vs email vs instant message to drive action
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA candidates preferred
