We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to champion client engagement and retention.

This role is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the US.

Y[OUR] MISSION

Own the client journey at SQUIRE - As the product maestro for our in-house marketing solution, Engage, you’ll be the guiding force behind all things engagement and retention. You’ll ensure our product keeps clients coming back by strengthening their bond with our customers.

You'll work cross-functionally to understand their needs, develop solutions, and measure the impactful results that Engage delivers. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our customers' ability to maintain and nurture their client relationships, making a significant difference in the success of their businesses.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dive Deep: Conduct research and analyze data to uncover client motivations, pain points, and engagement drivers
  • Strategize & roadmap: Define a data-driven strategy to improve client engagement and retention. Prioritize product initiatives and build the roadmap for features, improvements, and experiments
  • Product ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle for assigned features, from ideation and design to launch and optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to execute your vision seamlessly
  • Measure & iterate: Track key metrics (like CLV), analyze results, and continuously iterate on features to optimize performance
  • Champion the client voice: Advocate for the client perspective within the company, ensuring their needs are heard and prioritized

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of success in driving user engagement and retention
  • Experience and/or familiarity building marketing products + tools for customers
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies
  • Adaptable and willing to learn and implement new technologies (ex. AI) to enhance customer value
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects + initiatives forward
  • Desire to make a positive impact on small businesses

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Base Salary of $140,000 - $150,000 USD
