You’re a product owner who enjoys taking products from 0 to 1. You are customer-focused, and enjoy engaging with customers directly to validate pain points and needs in order to iterate on our next product features and launches. You have worked in a start-up or high growth company and have built successful B2B products for mid-market and/or enterprise customers.

What Excites You:

Owning and Building a product that drives revenue growth for the company and is adopted by thousands of businesses across the globe. 

  • Working closely with customers and the sales team to build products that matter. 
  • Own and manage relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners, gathering their feedback to ensure their specific needs are met, and creating tailored solutions when necessary.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to design great customer experience by building the Spot workflow platform and enabling third-party integrations and extending Spot’s open platform.
  • Launching your products to success by enabling adoption by sales teams and customers alike.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive multi-quarter roadmaps that align with the overall platform strategy, ensuring a clear and strategic trajectory for feature releases, optimizations, and enhancements.

What Gets Our Attention:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of product management experience and a proven track record in shaping successful software products.
  • Experience in dealing with enterprise customers, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams, collaborating closely with them to drive product success, and the ability to energize and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets.

What’s In It For You:

  • Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $185,000. Offered salary will be based on the offered candidate’s demonstrated attributes and competencies related to the role, as well as the offered candidate’s geographical location within the United States. Your recruiting partner can share more details about the compensation range as it relates to your geography once your interview process has begun.
