Product Manager (Enterprise)
We are looking for a motivated Product Manager, ready to make a meaningful impact on our top tier BEE Pro customers. We are looking for someone eager to contribute and revolutionize the design suite for email and pages.
About Us:
BEE - a business unit of Growens - provides best-in-class tools for designing emails and landing pages, online at beefree.io and can be embedded in SaaS applications.
BEE stands for 'Best Editor Ever' and that's the original, ambitious goal chosen for this project. Made with lots of passion between the United States and Italy, BEE is becoming a standard for digital content creation, starting with emails (“beautiful emails, fast”, is one of our taglines).
BEE Pro, a product of BEE, is loved and used by over 22,000 people worldwide. We take pride in our innovative product and are committed to delivering a delightful and helpful customer experience. We provide a centralized design experience for decentralized teams, where integrating with our customers' tech stack is essential to the user experience.
Your impact:
As a Core Product Manager for Enterprise Customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of BEE Pro's core product offerings for our enterprise clients. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our product and help our enterprise customers achieve their goals.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Become an expert on BEE Pro, its general audience, and its customers, gaining a deep understanding of why they choose our platform and how they use it to meet their unique needs.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise market space, including the challenges and opportunities that our customers face, and how BEE Pro can provide solutions.
- Collect and analyze product feedback from enterprise customers, unearthing hidden 'jobs to be done,' and document these insights to shape our product strategy.
- Identify and document opportunities for product enhancements and new features that will add value to our enterprise customers and align with our business goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand the needs of customers and to capitalize on opportunities for product growth and expansion.
- In collaboration with the Customer Success Manager, foster relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as a liaison between them and our internal teams to ensure their needs and expectations are being met.
- Monitor development progress and scope, supporting the design and development teams to overcome challenges and clarify priorities.
- Work closely with the Development team to manage product releases and implement technological updates, ensuring that the needs of customers are met.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to create technical product documentation and use cases that resonate with customers.
- Measure the impact of releases and track feature adoption among enterprise customers to continuously improve our product and ensure it meets their evolving needs.
Requirements:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Specialist. You’ve been there: you have shipped products that have proved successful and generated real business impact.
- You have creative problem-solving skills and use them effectively to approach complex problems.
- You enjoy writing and specifically putting product ideas down on paper.
- You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, APIs, and web technologies.
- You have knowledge of UX design and test methodologies, as well as research techniques, to drive data-informed decisions and deliver innovative, user-centric products that exceed customer expectations.
- You're familiar with agile methodologies and have experienced the team dynamics between product & development. Knowledge of the Shape Up methodology is a plus.
- You're a good project manager, organizing your activities without supervision and not getting overwhelmed with heavy multitasking.
- You're a good listener who can set personal opinions aside.
- You're a team player who loves working with people and collaborating to reach collective goals, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You speak and write in English clearly and effectively and can turn unstructured, 'messy' information into quality, structured, readable content. BEE is used worldwide, and our team is distributed between Italy, the USA, and Denmark.
When you join our company, you can expect:
- Full-time work in a fast-growing, exciting project with worldwide recognition as a market leader in our industry;
- A dynamic team, geographically dispersed (Europe, USA), working with a startup mindset;
- Yearly team retreat, often in Italy;
- Access to online training resources and offline events (attendance to conferences, etc.);
- Competitive salary plus incentive-based compensation;
Location:
You will join our Europe-based product team (most of it in Italy). We have offices in Cremona & Milano, but you can also choose to work remotely, depending on where you are. If you do work remotely, we will ask you to be flexible about joining the rest of the team in our Cremona or Milano offices from time to time for in-person meetings and workshops.
