About our Team
Our team is a part of the broader Clinical Solutions product management team. We provide clinical decision support for oncology and primary care to support healthcare providers in delivering evidence-based patient care. Our team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver value to our customers and we maintain strong relationships with customers.
About the Role
The Product Manager role will lead roadmap definition and delivery of product requirements for our ClinicalPath Oncology and Primary Care products. This role will be focused on enabling the analytics needs for our customers. The successful applicant will have a proven track record delivering new products to global markets, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing product roadmaps based on market needs and near- long-term strategy
- Contributing to business case development for ongoing investment
- Creating and prioritizing user stories based on Voice of Customer and market feedback to deliver value.
- Aligning teams to ensure prioritized customer needs and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Demonstrating an understanding of competitors and regulatory environment to guide decision making.
- Evaluating and considering various options to balance complex and conflicting priorities
- Providing frequent and ongoing communication to stakeholders and leadership
- Identifying risks to project and proposes mitigating options
Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of product management experience
- Possess ownership and demonstrated success in managing product lifecycle, including releasing new products and features
- Be a creative problem solver with the ability to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- Have technical experience: you must understand the technical implications of the product decisions you make
