Your Responsibilities

As Product ManagerJohn Deere Rewards, located in Moline IL, Chicago IL, Des Moines IA, Olathe KS, or per the hiring manager discretion, you will be responsible for managing the customer John Deere Rewards product strategy and execution. This includes maintaining the existing customer rewards digital product, executing the aftermarket loyalty program pilot and full launch, and developing and executing the strategy to fully integrate into our Digital Customer Experience. In addition, you will:

  • Ensure an exceptional digital product experience collecting inputs from customers and market research while collaborating with UX, architecture and engineering resources
  • Collaborate with the Region, ISG, and other John Deere teams to build out the John Deere Rewards product and integration path into our Digital Customer Experience
  • Ensure Rewards feature definition, acceptance criteria, and stories clearly communicate customer needs to the team
  • Accountability for defining scope and vision, aligning with stakeholders, maintaining clear communication in all directions, and working with engineering partners to validate product features and coordinate releases

What Skills You Need

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product development
  • 2+ years of experience in a technology Product Management or similar role
  • A strategic thinker that also strives to get details right
  • Ability to explore, discern, describe, and prioritize customer problems and craft solutions that delight customers
  • Experience working with customers and engineers with proven ability to rally a team to build great digital products
  • A clear writer and speaker who can communicate technical ideas succinctly for a broad audience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels

What Makes You Stand Out

  • A history of using customer data and journey analytics to drive offers at the moment of truth
  • Experience managing a loyalty or rewards digital product
  • Understanding of Agile development processes and methodologies

Education Details

  • Degree in business, engineering, IT, sales, marketing, or equivalent degree
