About the job
This position is needed to lead the Journey Coordination team for Twilio Engage. This team is responsible for unlocking the creativity of marketers with real time data. You’ll decide the strategy of how to expand Journey Orchestration decisioning on top of our #1 CDP.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own the Journey Coordination roadmap, drive product vision, deliver value to customers
- Collaborate with passionate Segment customers and our amazingly talented UX Research, Design, and Engineering partners to discover the best things to build
- Determine the right ways to measure success
- Work across multiple stakeholder groups including engineering, product, design, legal, customer success, account management and executive teams and build consensus and drive actionable next steps

Required:
- 5+ years with Product Management and 3+ years experience with B2B Software
- Experience managing products/services in the marketing and engagement space required.
- Bachelors in computer science or equivalent experience
Desired:
- Technical experience either as a developer or as a product manager delivering solutions for developers including having a good understanding of APIs, designing APIs, and data.
- Experience building workflow products
Location
This role will be remote, and based in the USA.
Approximately 5% travel is anticipated

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado: $132,260 - $165,325
- Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $140,040 - $175,050
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $155,600 - $194,500
- This role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
